DSAJ Career Solutions Training Program

The Goal of the Down syndrome Association of Jacksonville’s Career Solutions Training Academy is to provide the skill-sets and knowledge needed for individuals with Down syndrome to become successfully employed. Through exploration and discovery of their interests and strengths, each individual will gain the knowledge needed to have meaningful employment within our community.

“Working Towards Success”

Through exploration and discovery of their interests and strengths, each individual will gain the knowledge needed to have meaningful employment within our community. Using an array of teaching methods including small group interaction, role-play, videos, and written and oral activities, the DSAJ hopes to effectively and realistically prepare individuals to be competent employees in the community workforce.
