We Partner with Weight Watchers to help you get fit!
Participants spend the first portion of each meeting exercising (running the track, walking trails, group sports, Wii Fit/Dance, etc.). They then participate in a Weight Watchers meeting, led by a certified Weight Watchers group leader, learning the basics of the program (points and weigh-ins) and healthy dietary guidelines such as portion control, making healthy food choices, the importance of exercise and more!
