These opportunities help individuals build confidence, develop workplace skills, and contribute to their communities. Participants may receive:

One-on-one job coaching
On-the-job training
Supported employment services

Promotes social integration, productivity and maximum use of a person’s skills and abilities.
Takes place in an integrated work setting.
Includes job coaching provided by the Director of Employment after placement on the job.
