Wellness & Fitness
Making sure individuals with Down syndrome stay active and healthy through their ever-increasing life expectancy is of prime importance to the DSAJ. We offer many different avenues to achieve the goals of health, weight loss, team sports and team dance. People with other IDDs (intellectual and developmental differences) are also welcome to join the Wellness & Fitness groups, although pricing may vary for those with and without Down syndrome.
